Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,480 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, NCAPH2, and UBE2M. Each is linked with RGS12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS12-to-partner and partner-to-RGS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by RGS12-low versus RGS12-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
