Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Cyclin-B1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with RGS12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS12-to-partner and partner-to-RGS12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by RGS12-low versus RGS12-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
