RGS12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGS12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,821 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS12-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX53, RNMT, and ADAMTS17. Each is linked with RGS12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS12-to-partner and partner-to-RGS12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX53 grouped by RGS12-low versus RGS12-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
