Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGS11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGS11 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RGS11 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGS11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM, KIRC, and STAD are the cancer types where RGS11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
