RGS11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,842 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISLR, AEBP1, and COMP. Each is linked with RGS11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS11-to-partner and partner-to-RGS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGS11 versus ISLR in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
