RGS11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 167 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS11-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AO1P, RNU6-601P, and RNA5SP458. Each is linked with RGS11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS11-to-partner and partner-to-RGS11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5AO1P grouped by RGS11-low versus RGS11-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGS11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGS11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
