Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGS10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,102 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGS10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, LSP1, and PFN1. Each is linked with RGS10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGS10-to-partner and partner-to-RGS10 results are reported.
