Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGPD8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RGPD8 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RGPD8 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGPD8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RGPD8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
