RGPD8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,719 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJB12, MT-CO3, and ERO1A. Each is linked with RGPD8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD8-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGPD8 versus DNAJB12 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
