RGPD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,634 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAV32, NCOA4P1, and LRRC72. Each is linked with RGPD8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD8-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAV32 grouped by RGPD8-low versus RGPD8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
