RGPD8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RGPD8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD8-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by RGPD8-low versus RGPD8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
