Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,425 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Lysosomal transport, and Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RGPD6 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD6-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD6 results are reported.
