Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGPD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,742 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to lysosome, Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with RGPD6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD6-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD6 results are reported.
