Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGPD6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 586 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGPD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTGR1, MAP7D1, and PDZD9. Each is linked with RGPD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD6-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTGR1 grouped by RGPD6-low versus RGPD6-high in OESOPHAGUS.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
