Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,753 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGPD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane. Each is linked with RGPD5 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD5-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay grouped by RGPD5-low versus RGPD5-high in STAD.
