Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RGPD5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RGPD5 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RGPD5 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RGPD5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and PAAD show a favorable association.

STAD, ACC, and UCS are the cancer types where RGPD5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
