Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 333 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERH, SYT17, and OIP5. Each is linked with RGPD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD5-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD5 results are reported.
