Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGPD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,150 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Metaphase/anaphase transition of mitotic cell cycle, Metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with RGPD5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD5-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD5 results are reported.
