Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGPD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 586 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGPD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAM1L1, SNRNP35, and BEX4. Each is linked with RGPD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD5-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGPD5 versus TRAM1L1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
