Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGPD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 316 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGPD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of organelle location, Negative regulation of striated muscle cell apoptotic process, and Polyol transmembrane transport. Each is linked with RGPD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD5-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD5 results are reported.
