RGPD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,717 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGPD3, EMSY, and PIKFYVE. Each is linked with RGPD4 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD4-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
