RGPD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,552 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGPD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1_S594, STARD5, and RACK1. Each is linked with RGPD4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD4-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
