Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGPD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGPD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, PCNA, and Bap1-c-4. Each is linked with RGPD4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGPD4-to-partner and partner-to-RGPD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGPD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGPD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
