RGP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02543, STAU2P1, and OR5AZ1P. Each is linked with RGP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGP1-to-partner and partner-to-RGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02543 grouped by RGP1-low versus RGP1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
