Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, ERK2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with RGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGP1-to-partner and partner-to-RGP1 results are reported.
