Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,174 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with RGP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGP1-to-partner and partner-to-RGP1 results are reported.
