RGMB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,037 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4293, GIMAP7, and VWA1. Each is linked with RGMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMB-to-partner and partner-to-RGMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4293 grouped by RGMB-low versus RGMB-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
