Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGMA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,788 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGMA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS1, TMOD1, and DDAH2. Each is linked with RGMA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMA-to-partner and partner-to-RGMA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGMA versus SORBS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGMA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGMA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
