Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGMA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,916 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGMA-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP7, SLC17A9, and TNPO2. Each is linked with RGMA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMA-to-partner and partner-to-RGMA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGMA versus BMP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
