RGMA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGMA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,276 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGMA-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3JP1, MIR4744, and ARRDC3-AS1. Each is linked with RGMA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMA-to-partner and partner-to-RGMA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF3JP1 grouped by RGMA-low versus RGMA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGMA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGMA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
