Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGMA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGMA-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Annexin-1, and ATM. Each is linked with RGMA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMA-to-partner and partner-to-RGMA results are reported.
