Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGMA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,052 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGMA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of striated muscle contraction, and Negative regulation of hemostasis. Each is linked with RGMA in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMA-to-partner and partner-to-RGMA results are reported.
