Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RGMA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGMA-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX26, IQCF3, and KRTAP19-3. Each is linked with RGMA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGMA-to-partner and partner-to-RGMA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX26 grouped by RGMA-low versus RGMA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGMA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGMA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
