RGL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,680 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CGGBP1, TRPV2, and TRRAP. Each is linked with RGL4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL4-to-partner and partner-to-RGL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGL4 versus CGGBP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
