RGL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RGL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, LSM3P4, and MIR3661. Each is linked with RGL4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL4-to-partner and partner-to-RGL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by RGL4-low versus RGL4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
