Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RGL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,171 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RGL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, KIF20B, and RACGAP1. Each is linked with RGL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RGL1-to-partner and partner-to-RGL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RGL1 versus PCNA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RGL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RGL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
