Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RFXAP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RFXAP data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher RFXAP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFXAP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where RFXAP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
