RFXAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFXAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,166 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFXAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, GPALPP1, and ZMYM2. Each is linked with RFXAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXAP-to-partner and partner-to-RFXAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFXAP versus HMGB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFXAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFXAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
