RFXAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFXAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFXAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND3P4, MTCO2P34, and CFC1B. Each is linked with RFXAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXAP-to-partner and partner-to-RFXAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND3P4 grouped by RFXAP-low versus RFXAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFXAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFXAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
