Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFXAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,884 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFXAP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein desumoylation, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA processing body assembly, and Ribosomal protein import into nucleus. Each is linked with RFXAP in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXAP-to-partner and partner-to-RFXAP results are reported.
