Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RFXANK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RFXANK data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RFXANK Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RFXANK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and SKCM are the cancer types where RFXANK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
