RFXANK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFXANK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,329 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFXANK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT1, DNMT1, and GATAD2A. Each is linked with RFXANK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXANK-to-partner and partner-to-RFXANK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFXANK versus TRMT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFXANK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFXANK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
