Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFXANK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,326 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFXANK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFX5, CHRDL1, and TLR5. Each is linked with RFXANK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXANK-to-partner and partner-to-RFXANK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFXANK versus RFX5 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFXANK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFXANK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
