Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFXANK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,162 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFXANK-associated genes across cancer lineages are FKBP8, NDUFA13, and COPE. Each is linked with RFXANK in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXANK-to-partner and partner-to-RFXANK results are reported.
