Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFXANK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,354 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFXANK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, Negative regulation of glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with RFXANK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXANK-to-partner and partner-to-RFXANK results are reported.
