RFXANK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFXANK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFXANK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST8, METTL21C, and SCGB3A2. Each is linked with RFXANK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFXANK-to-partner and partner-to-RFXANK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST8 grouped by RFXANK-low versus RFXANK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFXANK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFXANK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
