RFX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,891 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HCC1, ATP5F1B, and COX7A2. Each is linked with RFX7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX7-to-partner and partner-to-RFX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, R3HCC1 grouped by RFX7-low versus RFX7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
