RFX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RFX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RFX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEU2, FAM205C, and OR1J2. Each is linked with RFX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX2-to-partner and partner-to-RFX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEU2 grouped by RFX2-low versus RFX2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
