Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,391 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBBP5, DDX17, and RBM12. Each is linked with RFX1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFX1-to-partner and partner-to-RFX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFX1 versus RBBP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
