Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RFTN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RFTN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TESPA1, FLI1, and GAB3. Each is linked with RFTN1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RFTN1-to-partner and partner-to-RFTN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RFTN1 versus TESPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RFTN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RFTN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
